The Hikvision DS-2CD2386G2H-IS2U/SL is an 8MP AcuSense fixed turret network camera with Active Deterrence. This advanced surveillance camera delivers 4K ultra-HD video and features DarkFighter technology for excellent low-light performance. It includes AcuSense deep learning for accurate human and vehicle detection, helping reduce false alarms. The model is equipped with active deterrence features such as a strobe light and audio alarm, plus two-way audio via a built-in microphone and speaker for real-time communication. With H.265+ compression, onboard storage up to 512 GB, and an IP67-rated housing, it's ideal for proactive outdoor security applications.

Delivery Policy

  • DIY Security Cameras deliver products Australia wide using a variety of courier companies for a flat fee.
  • Deliveries to Northern Territory may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quote.
  • Please advise us if you would like your delivery signed for. In cases where the nominated purchaser is not available at the time of delivery at the location, then products will need to be collected from the designated place as determined by the courier company.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • We cannot leave your delivery at the front door.
  • Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-5 business days depending on your location within Australia.
  • Please note that delivery times maybe extended over the Public Holiday periods.
  • All special orders and in some cases if the product is not available at our distributor and needs to be specially ordered from the manufacturer, product delivery time can take up to 4-5 weeks.

Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty goods and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that items you order are correctly specified for the intended use.
