Overview

Hikvision DS-2DE4425IWG1-E 4MP 25× Network IR Speed Dome adopts 1/2.8" progressive scan CMOS chip. With the 25× optical zoom lens, the camera offers more details over expansive areas. This series of cameras can be widely used for wide ranges of high-definition, such as the rivers, roads, railways, airports, squares, parks, scenic spots, and venues, etc. Empowered by deep learning algorithms, Hikvision AcuSense technology brings human and vehicle targets classification alarms to front- and back-end devices. The system focuses on human and vehicle targets, vastly improving alarm efficiency and effectiveness.

Delivery Policy

  • DIY Security Cameras deliver products Australia wide using a variety of courier companies for a flat fee.
  • Deliveries to Northern Territory may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quote.
  • Please advise us if you would like your delivery signed for. In cases where the nominated purchaser is not available at the time of delivery at the location, then products will need to be collected from the designated place as determined by the courier company.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • We cannot leave your delivery at the front door.
  • Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-5 business days depending on your location within Australia.
  • Please note that delivery times maybe extended over the Public Holiday periods.
  • All special orders and in some cases if the product is not available at our distributor and needs to be specially ordered from the manufacturer, product delivery time can take up to 4-5 weeks.

WARRANTY

Three (3) year back-to base manufacturer warranty on the below: (Note disk drives limited to 1 one year)

Two (2) year back-to base manufacturer warranty on the below:

  • Powershield UPS.

One (1) year back-to base manufacturer warranty on the below:

  • All other product(s) not specifically mentioned above.

Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty goods and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that items you order are correctly specified for the intended use.
